History of Our Pet Store Chain

The first store of LLC "Kaputsin" was opened in 1999 under the sign "Flowers" in Mytishchi on Shcherbakova Street. This very first, although small, store quickly became popular among nature lovers. Therefore, the expansion to include a pet supply section was the next logical and highly successful step.

And it wasn't just about the fact that the founder and director of the "Kaputsin" pet store chain is an aquarist, decorator, and experienced fish breeder. The distinguishing feature of the very first pet store was its approach "toward the customer." This meant maintaining a wide range of truly useful pet products, as well as the most popular pets, within a relatively small space. A democratic pricing policy, high-level customer service, orders for rare products, quick delivery of large purchases, and a flexible discount system were perfect complements to this approach.
Even in the context of a saturated modern pet market, this strategy proved to be quite effective, which is why the "Kaputsins" have successfully "multiplied." Life has shown that with the opening of every new "Kaputsin" pet store, other pet stores, which once thrived, suddenly felt the urgent need to take decisive actions. However, unfortunately, no one was eager to reconsider their attitude towards customers or restructure their business. Competitors withered until they were forced to close, and some even directed their energy towards anonymous complaints and trying to attract the attention of controlling organizations to "Kaputsin" (this has happened!). But even these challenges were calmly handled by "Kaputsin" pet stores, despite the widely held belief that "it’s impossible to work 'for the customer' within the law" or "with current sanitary standards, it's impossible to maintain a wide range of animals."
